The Venue

The Squad House is a custom designed performance and event space, with a 1920s Gatsby inspired interior which hosts a multifunctional space used for theatre performances, live music, film screenings, family celebrations, parties and a whole host of other events. It is even used during the day as an 'alternative' training venue.

There are 2 spaces - a bar space and an events space.

Both are available to hire for anything you can think of!

The Event Space:

​Measuring approx. 10m L x 7m W x 4m H - a beautifully decorated event space featuring 6 internal pillars covered head to toe in glitter, colour changing picture frames, 4 dimmable glass chandeliers and 6 art deco wall lights. It has a modular staging system, comprising of 45 x 75cm x 75cm x 50cm frames with wooden top and harlequin dance floor top which can be used to provide from a single plinth to a full width thrust stage space measuring 3m x 7m. This space can be utilised for all kinds of events. Its only limitations are its size and your imagination!

 

The Bar Space:

 

Measuring approx. 7m L x 5m W x 4m H - A fully licensed bar at one end, with a great selection of affordable lagers, beers, ciders, soft drinks, shots and spirits. Decorated in 'diva' purple, black, grey and copper, the bar feels like a glitzy Gatsby style theatre themed speakeasy and has a lovingly restored original floor, 9 arm chandelier and 6 original stalls chairs from Drury Lane Theatre on the West End!​​
