Monday–Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Minimum 4-hour hire

• Equipment hire and hot drinks facilities available as optional extras

• Discounts available for regular or long-term bookings

Evening & Weekend Hire

Monday–Friday | 6:00pm – Midnight
Saturday & Sunday | 24 hours

Hourly rate

• Minimum 4-hour booking

• Only a security deposit is required upfront to secure your date

• Set-up and clear-up time must be included in your booking period

 

Children’s Parties (Fixed Rate Package)

£250 – All Inclusive

What’s included:

• 4 hours venue hire and use of both rooms

• Sound system & disco lights

• Unlimited juice x 2 flavours (for up to 20 children £3pp beyond 20)

• Full room layout & set-up done in advance

• Bar open and staffed

 

Important details:

• Your 4 hours must include any set-up or clear-up time

• You must provide your own music on a Bluetooth-enabled device

• Bottomless healthy orange & blackcurrant cordial available at the bar for up to 20 children in attendance - £3pp for numbers beyond 20

• Additional time charged at £60 per hour

• Parties can be booked between 10:00am & 4:00pm

 

Bespoke & One-Off Events

One-off rates outside the above parameters are priced per individual event.
Special rates may be available for:

• Charity events

• Community events

• Fringe performances

• Show hire (Day Rate is usual for 12hrs hire)

Optional Extras

(Decisions on whether these extras are required are subject to management discretion)

Door staff x 1: £52 per 4 hour booking

Extra waiver deposit: £TBC

Bar licence extension application: £30 per event

 

Please note:

• Licence extension fee is non-refundable and is not guaranteed

• Must be paid at time of booking

• Application must be completed at least 21 days before the event

Catering Information

• We cannot provide in-house catering

• We’re happy to recommend trusted local caterers

• You may bring your own food, however:

  • No kitchen facilities available

  • No on-site food preparation, storage or clear up facilities

  • All food waste and rubbish must be removed by you after your event

 

Important Notes

• Due to venue layout, only one event can run at a time

• Rates are the same whether you use:

  • The bar only

  • The main space only

  • Or the entire venue

• All set-up and clear-up time must be included in your hire period

• Evening and weekend adult parties are subject to a minimum £300 bar spend
