It is a beautifully decorated multi-functional venue custom built to house Stage Squad and Stage Squad Youth,
but it's available to hire for parties, performances and events.
There are two spaces at the venue, a bar space and an event space - both are available to hire for anything and everything you can think of! Please see below for more info.....
The Space:
The Event Space:
Measuring approx 10m L x 7m W x 4m H this space can be utilised for all kinds of events. It's only limits are it's size and your imagination!
The Bar Space:
Measuring approx 7m L x 5m W x 4m H with double doors out onto a beautifully restored Victorian mill corridor and doors into the event space. A fully licensed bar is situated at one end with a good selection of affordable lagers, beers, ciders, soft drinks, shots and spirits. Decorated in 'Diva' purple, black, grey and copper, the bar feels like a glitzy theatre themed speak easy and has a lovingly restored original floor, 9 arm chandelier, bespoke bowler hat bar lights, and 6 original stalls chairs from Drury Lane Theatre on the West End!
Hire Rates:
A. £20 per hour with a minimum 2 hour booking so £40
(A £30 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date)
B. £65 for a 4hr booking
(A £30 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date)
C. £120 for an 8hr booking
(A £30 deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date)
D. One off rates for requirements outside these parameters are costed per individual event and special discounts may be considered for charity events or Fringe performances. Please speak to Sean to discuss.
*Rates for hires Tues-Fri between 9am and 5pm are £25/hr and are available to book direct with 'Vivify Venues' Hire at:
Optional Extras (Decisions on whether these extras are required is at the managements discretion)
E. Door staff x 1 = £50 / per 4hour booking
F. Extra waiver deposit = £TBC
(Please note: Due to layout it is not practical for there to be two separate events running at the same time, so whether you want to use just the bar, just the main space, or both, the rates are the same regardless. Also any set up or clear up times MUST be included in your overall hire time period.)
We cannot provide in-house catering but we can highly recommend some local catering firms so please talk to us about this.
Alternatively we are more than happy for you to bring your own food, but please note that there are no kitchen facilities so on-site preparation or storage is not possible and all food waste and rubbish must be removed by you at the end of your hire.
